Authentech Talent is a boutique recruiting firm built on a simple belief: the right hire happens when authenticity goes both ways. Our team brings 10+ years of experience running full-cycle recruitment for early-stage startups across the entire funding journey, Pre-Seed through Series F. We’ve built hiring processes from scratch, placed critical roles under pressure, and partnered with founders who needed a team that could think and move fast.

With roots inside scaling and high-growth companies including FinTech, HealthTech, Cybersecurity, and AI, we understand your world: the talent markets, the culture dynamics, and what makes someone actually succeed in a startup environment.
